The injector you need is a matched set of whatever is new or has new nozzles put in them. Cheap pensacola-type rebuilds are not matched, and fail very quickly. The code doesn't really make any difference, but you want to replace them as a set.

Per the manual, normal hot oil pressure is 10 psi idle and 40-70 psi @ 2200 rpm. Is "normal driving" is below that... I suggest you get her good and hot then in neutral rev it to 2200 and read the pressure. That's how the manual says to do it. I suspect doing that you will see "normal" oil pressure.1,496. Location. May 17, 2022 · People often go to .030" over. DO NOT go farther than that. The cylinder walls in a 7.3 are relatively thin so the less over bore, then better. I used to work in a shop that remanned these engines back in the late 90's and early 2000's. Our machine shop wouldn't go over a .020" over bore.
